I feel like this should really be taken care of. If you have multiple categories as my assessment does (close to 20) this Table of Contents type thing that scrolls with the page completely ruins the report. The attached image should make it quite obvious that there must be a way to hide this.

This is a not brainer and really needs to be cleaned up. As it is this is completely unusable for me.
