We would like to be able to send a sequence of PDF's to a user that has completed the survey without asking them to complete multiple surveys. This would allow us to increase engagement with clients and offer them more value over time from the same answers.
There are some other things that would make this more usable in practice:
  • Being able to add a link to the PDF in the report - we could then add in links when the new PDF's were created and send the user to the original report
  • Being able to view multiple PDF's from the lead page, at the moment it seems like I can only get to the default one
  • Dynamically updating PDF's so that users see the latest version, see my other ticket.
