Issue: “Completed leads” metric counts non-submitted users
It appears that the “Completed leads” metric in ScoreApp reporting is counting users who reach the end of the funnel but do not submit the lead capture form.
This creates a major reporting issue, as a completed lead should only include users for whom contact details (e.g. email) have actually been submitted and stored.
As a result, the reported “Completed leads” number is inflated and does not reflect real, usable leads. This has been misleading for our analysis and decision-making over time.
Expected behavior:
“Completed leads” should only count users who successfully submit the lead form.
Actual behavior:
Users who reach the end of the funnel without submitting the form are included.
This should be treated as a critical reporting bug, as it directly affects funnel performance metrics and lead attribution.
